In June, we published a news article indicating a problem with Chrome based browsers being unable to login to our basic webmail. That issue has been resolved through a patch we received to address the issue. We have applied an tested the patch. If you are still experiencing this issue, you may need to clear your browser cache.

Quarterly maintenance has been completed. All systems are stable and functioning properly.
On December 30th, 2019, We will be installing an upgrade for our basic email system. This upgrade includes security patches and minor improvements to the performance and operation of the system. We are projecting only minor outages on this date with full service resuming by 5pm.
Quarterly maintenance is scheduled for our servers from 8am to 12pm on December 14th 2019. During this maintenance cycle , all servers will receive non critical updates and upgrades and be rebooted. Downtime for certain services such as web and application hosting and email are expected to be minimal.

Simple services such as SMTP and POP3 are running and those customers that do not use our webmail interface should be functioning normally by now. Web interface users can expect full restoration of service by 8am on 8/2/2019. We apologize for any inconvenience.
