Support Site Upgrade - See all tickets in your organization!

You've been asking for it, now it's here.  The latest upgrade to our support site now lets you view and manage tickets for your entire organization.  By simply logging into our support site at, then viewing the ticket screen, you will be able to view not only your own tickets, but also those for your entire organization.
We are currently adding organizations to enable this function, please let us know if you do not see this feature yet and we will be sure to upgrade your organization ASAP!
