We have launched a new support site.  Existing users will need to create a new account.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  This is necessary due to a platform change.  We appreciate your understanding.


In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Our ticket system is monitored during normal business hours. For after hours business down emergencies, you should still submit a ticket then follow up that ticket with a call to our after hours answering service who will page the technician on call. The answering service can be reached by dialing our main office number, 440-365-9906 and selecting option 8 for after hours support. After hours support is billed at a rate of $175 per hour and is not included as part of any managed services agreement you may have with us.

All requests are evaluated by a member of our technical staff as soon as they are received. All non-emergency requests (move/add/change) and general questions will be completed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.(After hours technical support is available for existing customers only)
