OUTLOOK PROMPTING FOR PASSWORD.
If a customer on the Enterprise email system calls stating their email is prompting them for their email address and password remote into the system.
Navigate to Control Panel then click Mail/Mail (32-bit)
Click Show Profiles
Select the Email Profile, and click Properties.
Click Email Accounts.
Click the Email Profile, and click Change.
Click More Settings…
Go to the Advanced Tab and Click on it.
On the IMAP/POP port encryption connections, select SSL/TLS for both the Incoming and Outgoing Servers
You will need to change the Outgoing port from Port 25 to Port 465.
Launch Outlook, Email should load as normal.
