There are times when tech support may need information from an email sent to you to either diagnose where it came from or why it didn't get to where you wanted it to go. While the simple solution has always been to forward the email, that does not always give us the relevant information and can propagate virus laden attachments. The better way is to send the info we need form the message headers. Here's how you get that information:
In an open message, click the File tab.
Header information appears in the Internet headers box. Copy this info and paste it into your support ticket.
