Customers using old mail server settings may experience temporary outages. This is due to DNS changes made during the upgrade of our network. If you are affected by this, the simple solution is to change your SMTP and POP3 settings to use mail.yourdomain.com or mail.hollandcomputers.com from mail.elyria.com, pop.elyria.com or smtp.elyria.comUse of mail.elyria.com, smtp.elyria.com and pop.elyeira.com is no longer supported for customers not using email @elyria.com.
Our basic email system is experiencing performance delays, causing timeouts when connecting via email client software. Webamail (http://mail.hollandcomputers.com) is not effected. We are aware of and are working on the problem and expect a resolution soon. Please check back later for updates.
This database server has been experiencing performance problems. We are diligently working on the problem and expect to complete repairs within a few days.
We are currently experiencing a Denial of Service attack against our basic mail system. We are working with our software vendor to resolve the problem. Some customers are unable to send email while others are experiencing long waits to get their email out. We are working to mitigate the problem and have partially restored service.
