Microsoft has made significant changes with the release of IIS8 under Windows 2012 Server.  One of those changes is the way we logon to our sites via FTP.  You must now use the following format for your username portion of your credentials:

domainname|username

example:

hollandcomputers.com|joeschmoe

Notice the pipe character ( | ) this is not a slash and it must be present.
