Basic Mail system minor update

A maintenance window on July 19th from 5pm to 8pm is scheduled for the installation of a minor update to our basic email system.  This update will address performance issues with the SMTP service.  The update may cause a temporary outage in all basic mail services.  We expect the outage to be short and no existing email, contacts, calendars or other data will be affected.
